- Bring your own canopy (HIGHLY SUGGESTED)
- Food vendors must bring own power/generator unless previously discussed.Β
- Display signage (A frame, banner on canopy, QR codes, table clothes, etc)
- Bring payment options to include cash for change (Cannavetlive Directly or Venhdr App)
- Secure your setup (weights/stakes/Cender Blocks)
- Keep your area clean and safe
- Trash Bag or Can if selling food

- Keep campsites and shared spaces clean

π Badge Required at All Times

- Wear your event badge/wristband at all times when outside your campsite
- This includes all event areas, stages, villages, and common spaces
- Staff and security may check for credentials at any time
